Working closely with clients, designers and architects, you will direct all aspects of high-end residential projects from launch through completion.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing & defining the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
  • Estimating project costs and selling price
  • Budget development and management
  • Schedule development & management
  • Coordinating all purchasing
  • Permitting and regulatory requirements
  • Jobsite communication and safety
  • Customer relationships and quality
  • Delivering the project on time and on budget

You should have eight to ten years of management experience in high-end residential construction, a thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation, the ability to develop relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors. This position requires the leadership to meet our exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction while bringing projects in on time and at budget.
