Woodmeister's Lifestyle Management Services group has an opening for a Personalized Project Manager to manage client properties and maintenance requests in a preventative and consultative manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable construction professional with a knack for customer service to deliver client satisfaction through prompt, efficient and effective property maintenance and small construction project management services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage semi-annual service contract inspections of properties and prepare reports and recommendations for services
  • Cultivate client relationships by understanding and responding to property and project needs
  • Consult and advise on options for maintaining homes in a pristine manner
  • Manage home improvement and maintenance projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and in-house technicians to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and meet our exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years upscale residential maintenance and construction experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the building trades, including mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of state and local regulations related to permitting, residential maintenance and construction activities
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills to successfully negotiate, influence and work effectively with clients, technicians and subcontractors
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
