We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with "MacGyver" type handy-man skills to join our Lifestyle Management Team.
Technicians provide prompt, skilled service to customers for a wide variety of needs related to high-end home maintenance contracts. Traits and skills required for this position include:
- Thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair including carpentry and construction techniques
- Familiarity with millwork installation techniques
- Cosmetic/touch-up painting skills
- Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge
- Ability to manage resources, including coordinating subcontractor activities
- Highly organized, proactive thinker, attention to detail, able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good communication skills, ability to develop positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and co-workers
