Overview
Our design support team is available to assist our collaborative architect and interior designer partners with the following services: CAD drafting; permitting and regulatory documentation, utilities coordination (MEP, HVAC and AV home systems); construction documentation; hand rendering or sketching; computer rendering and 3-D modeling; space planning; interior detailing; LEED consulting; new product research and recommendations; and many others. Our design and engineer professionals also provide expertise in interior rendering and detailed millwork shop drawings.
This team ignites the master builder process and participates in the development, implementation and interpretation of the design by providing conceptual estimates and budget checks through all phases of design. In addition to estimating, pre-construction also includes: job cost studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and much more.
