Having spent most of his life in the construction industry, Kris joined Woodmeister in 2019 and has since played a key role in shaping the company’s Pre-Construction and Estimating division, steadily rising from Assistant Project Manager to his current role as Director of Pre-Construction & Project Management. His deep understanding of project flow, combined with a relentless drive for client satisfaction, professional mentorship, and continuous improvement, keeps teams aligned and projects moving. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering, Kris blends technical expertise with a systems-driven mindset—from early estimating through operational planning.
